Trokrevetni apartman (45 m²) poseduje jedan bračni krevet u spavaćoj sobi i jedan kauč u dnevnoj,potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i terasu sa pogledom na more.Kupatilo je sa tušem i staklenim paravanom.
Četvorokrevetni apartman (65 m²) poseduje jedan bračni krevet u spavaćoj sobi,a u dnevnoj krevet fioku koji se razvlači i dovoljan je za dvoje,potpuno opremljenu kuhinju,veš mašinu i dve terase od kojih je jedna sa pogledom na more.Kupatilo je sa tušem i staklenim paravanom i u ovom apartmanu postoji i veš mašina.
Lokacija apartmana je idealna.Nalaze se u samom naselju na istočnoj strani ostrva,blizu luke.Ispred apartmana postoji jedna plaža neuređena,a na samo 60 m dalje nalazi se i jedna mala uređena.Ispred se nalazi jedna pekara i jedan dobar restoran gde možete probati riblje specijalitete.Na udaljenosti od 100 m je i market,a 200 m dalje nalazi se jezero.Sve veće,organizovane plaže Amuljanija kao što su Megali Ammos,Alykes,Kalopigado udaljene su od apartmana 5-8 min vožnje kolima.

Smeštaj raspolaže sa dva trokrevetna (22m2) i jedan četvorokrevetni studio (28m2) i sedam dvokrevetnih/trokrevetnih soba (20-24m2) i nalaze se na visokom prizemlju i prvom spratu.
Smeštajne jedinice su klimatizovane i imaju TV,Wi-Fi internet,frižider sa frizerom,bračni krevet,pojedinačni krevet, kupatilo sa tušem i toplom vodom 24⁄7,mreže za komarce.Treba napomenuti da u pojedinim sobama nije dostupan internet,ali zato postoji u zajedničkoj kuhinji.
Sve sobe imaju dostupnu potpuno opremljenu kuhinju na korišćenje,dok studio poseduje dobro opremljenu čajnu kuhinju (kuhinjsko posuđe,ketler,rešo).Sve sobe su prostrane i udobne sa velikim terasama od kojih većina ima pogled na more i Svetu Goru.Bebi krevetac i fen za kosu se mogu dobiti na zahtev.
Gostima je na raspolaganju takođe lepo uređen prostor sa garniturama za sedenje u hladovini, lobi/TV sala i recepcija koja dežura do večernjih sati.Na zahtev i uz minimalnu naknadu može biti poslužen i doručak.
Ovaj smeštaj je poznat po odličnoj higijeni i održavanju čistoće.Zamena posteljine i peškira je na tri dana, dok se čišćenje obavlja svakodveno.
Privatni parking nije obezbeđen, ali uvek postoji prostor u neposrednoj blizini gde se gosti mogu parkirati.
Smeštaj se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji,u samom naselju na istočnoj strani ostrva Amuljani,na 200 m udaljenosti od luke.Na samo 20 m od smeštaja postoji jedna neuređena plaža,sa sitnim šljunkom i postepenom dubinom,a do nje se dolazi stepenicama,60 m dalje nalazi se najbliža uređena peščana plaža.Ležaljke su dostupne uz naručenu kafu ili piće (nema dodatnog plaćanja),a dostupan je i slobodan deo plaže gde gosti mogu da postave svoj suncobran.Sve veće organizovane plaže Amuljanija,kao što su Megali Ammos,Alykes,Kalopigado,udaljene su od apartmana 5-8 min vožnje kolima.
U neposrednoj blizini smeštaja nalaze se pekara,super-market,pijaca,riblja taverna,kafe-barovi,apoteka,ambulanta.
